- 4 nos Bread
- 3 cup Milk
- 6 tbsps Sugar
- 5 nos Cashew nut
- 5 nos Almond
- 11/2 tbsp Ghee
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- Salt a pinch

Instructions
- Cut the bread slices into small cubes and keep aside.
- Heat 1/2tbsp ghee in a sauce pan add bread pieces and fry until light golden.Then transfer them in a bowl,keep aside.
- In the same pan heat remaining ghee then fry chopped cashew and almonds until golden brown then remove from pan.
- Now add milk , sugar and salt in the same pan then boil it.Once it is bubbling,add fried bread stir and off the flame.
- Then add cardamom powder and fried nuts combine well, delicious bread kheer is ready!serve warm.
