Soak china grass in tender coconut water and stir in low flame until it is completely melt.
Strain melted china grass in a bowl and allow to cool.
Take a blender add coconut pulp and melted china grass little by little and blend it along with coconut milk until smooth paste ( add each incredents alternatively during blending).
Now add condensed milk and blend it until mix properly.
Transfer into a moulding bowl and cover it, then refrigerate it four hours for setting.
Tasty coconut pudding is ready,Garnish with cherry or caramalised grated coconut.
