Ingredients
- 1 cup Chick pea
- 1l4 cup Tahini
- 3 nos Garlic cloves
- Lemon juice for one lemon
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Water

Instructions
- Wash and soak chick pea in a bowl over night.
- Pressure cook the chick pea until it is done, keep aside.
- Take a blender, add tahini and garlic cloves, blend it, then add lemon juice, salt and olive oil, start blender, add chick pea little by little and water.
- Blend until it is smooth thick paste.
- Transfer in to a serving bowl and decorate with olive, olive oil and paprica.....Enjoy..!!!!!

TIPS:
If you like more creamy hummus, you can add Greek yogurt instead of water.
