Ingredients
- 1 kg Mutton
- 3 medium size Onion (thinly slice)
- 4 nos Green chilly
- 3"1 piece Ginger
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 2 nos Tomato (cubed)
- 1"piece Cinnamon
- 2 nos Cardamom
- 4 nos Cloves
- Salt to taste
- 2 sprigs Curry leaves
- 3to4 tbsp Coconut oil
- 2 tbsps Chopped cilantro
FOR GRINDING:
- 1/2 cup Grated coconut
- 3/4 tsp Poppy seeds
- 1 tsp Fennel seeds

Instructions
- Cut the mutton medium size pieces, wash well and drain it.
- Grind ginger,garlic and green chilly until to get a coarse paste.
- Make a smooth paste with all grinding ingredients and keep aside.
- Slightly beat yogurt with a spoon(not blender),set aside.
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker add whole garam masala and onion saute for couple of minutes,then add crushed ginger,garlic and green chilly paste stir and add mutton,coriander powder,chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt and garam masala then saute for 10minutes.
- Now add 1 cup boiling water, close with lid and cook until it is half done,off the flame when its pressure is settled open the lid and add cubed tomatoes and yogurt then cook again until it is done.
- Once it is done open the lid and add ground coconut paste stir well and heat it.
- When it is start to boil switch off the flame.adjust salt, garnish with chopped cilantro.
- Serve with nei choru or any indian bread.
