Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Toor dal
- 300 grms Ash gourd (kumbalanga)
- 2 nos Plantain (pachakkaya)
- 150 grms Yam (chena)
- 2 nos Colocasia (chembu)
- 2 nos Tomato
- 2 nos Green chilly
- 1 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Tamarind a lemon size(valan puli)
FOR GRINDING:
- 11/4 cup Grated coconut
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seed
- 3 nos Shallots
FOR SEASONING:
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 2 tbsps Coconut oil
- 2 tbsps Grated coconut
- 2 sprigs Curry leaves

Instructions
- Pressure cook all the ingredients except tamarind for 1 to 2 whistle.
- When it is cooked, add tamarind water and bring it to boil.
- Make a ground paste with all the ingredients for grinding and add to the curry,off the flame just before it starts to boil.
- Seasoning it with the above mentioned ingredients.
- Serve hot with rice or Poratta.Enjoy.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
