Ingredients
- 2 nos Ripe banana (kerala nendra pazham)
- Coconut oil for fry
FOR FILLING:
- 4 tbsps Grated coconut
- 8 nos chopped cashew
- 8 nos Raisins
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder

Instructions
- Peel and thin slice the banana length wise (refer attached photo)and keep aside.
- Heat ghee in a pan add cashew ,raisins, grated coconut, sugar and cardamom powder saute till they start to change the colour, remove from the fire and keep it aside.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan fry both side of banana slices until golden brown.
- Place each fried banana slices on a plate, sprinkle the filling on banana slices and roll it while it is warm.
- Yummy banana sweet roll is ready......Enjoy.!!!!!
