Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Chopped pineapple
- 3/4 cup Semolina (rava
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 3 tbsps Ghee
- 8 nos Chopped cashew nuts
- 2or3 drops Pineapple essence
- 2 nos Cardamom pods
- 2 pinch Turmeric powder/yellow colour
- 11/2 cup Water

Instructions
- Heat 1tbsp of ghee in a pan add rava (semolina) and roast in low flame until golden or it is hot to touch.(taking care not to burn it).Once rava is roasted transfer in a bowl and keep aside.
- In a sauce pan add remaining ghee and fry cashew until slightly browned then add 2cups of water,cardamom and 2pinch of turmeric powder,let it boil add pineapple and cover with lid then cook in medium flame for 5minutes until it becomes slightly soft.
- Now add roasted rava stir well with out any lumps,cover the pan and cook again for 5minutes.
- Once all the water has evaporated add sugar and pineapple essence (when you add sugar,the mixture will turn watery again)then cook again for 5 minutes.
- When it starts leaving the sides of the pan switch off the flame.
- Delicious pineapple kesari is ready! serve warm and Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!.
