Growing up in the Malabar side of Kerala, Zainu was always fascinated by her mother’s cooking. The smell and flavour of spices always excited her as a little girl. Having learned the basics of traditional cooking from her mother, she developed it into an art as she grew up, with lots of innovative thoughts and creative ideas. She was always on the quest of making the best traditional Kerala, Malabar and Indian dishes even better, developing her skills along the way, she learned Arabic and other World cuisines as well. Being a homemaker with a passion for cooking, she was always surrounded by friends and family who wanted to reproduce the unique tastes she created in kitchen. This led her to pen down and share the magic. Having made more than 200 dishes, she is now writing blogs and publishing her recipes to share her expertise with the world.
