- 2 nos Apple
- 2 tbsps Sugar
- 21/2 cup Milk
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- 10 nos Cashew nuts
- 2 pinch Zafran

Instructions
- Soak cashew and zafran in little warm water.
- Peel the apple and cut in to small pieces.
- Take a blender, add apple, sugar, cardamom powder, half of the milk, soaked cashew and zafran.
- Blend it until completely smooth, add remaining milk and blend again for few seconds.
- Apple gheer is ready, garnish with zafran and dry fruit.........Enjoy!!!!
