- 1 no Avocado (butter fruit). medium size
- 2 tbsps Sugar
- 21/2 cup Chilled Milk
- 1 tbsp Horlicks
- 6 nos Ice Cubes

Instructions
- Cut the avocado and deseed it, scoop out the pulp from skin with a spoon.
- Take a blender, add avocado pulp, sugar,chilled milk, horlicks and ice cubes.
- Blend it until completely smooth, add chilled milk and sager as per your consistency and sweetness.
- Avocado shake is ready to serve.....Enjoy!!!!1!!
