- 4 nos Ripe plantain (kerala nentra pazham)
- Oil For deep fry
FOR BATTER:
- 1 cup Maida
- 1 tbsp Rice powder
- 2 tsps Sugar
- Salt a pinch
- 3 tsp Palappam batter or dosa batter
- 2 pinch Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom power
- Water as required

Instructions
- Peel and slice the Banana length wise (refer attached photo) and keep aside.
- Make a thick batter with all batter ingredients.
- Heat oil in a wok, dip banana slices into the batter, make sure batter is evenly coated on the slices and deep fry it until golden brown.
- Banana fry is ready, Enjoy with tea or coffee.....!!!!!!
