Hi friends,
Today's my recipe is beef thenga aracha curry.This is my moms recipe she is an excellent cook.It is best combination with nice pathiri,porotta,chappati,ghee rice and noolputtu (idiyappam). Please try and feedback.

Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Beef
- 1 no Onion
- 2 nos Tomato
- 2 nos Green chilly (crushed)
- 11/2 tbsps Ginger garlic paste
- 1 sprig Curry leaves
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
FOR GRINDING:
- 1/2 cup Grated coconut
- 4 nos Shallots
- 1/2 tsp Fennel seed
- 1 sprig Curry leaves
FOR TEMPERING:
- 7 nos Chopped shallots
- 11/2 tbsp Coconut oil
- 2 sprigs Curry leaves

Instructions
- Cut the beef into small pieces,wash well and drain it.
- Make a smooth paste with all grinding ingredients and keep aside.
- Marinate the beef with sliced onion,tomatoes,green chilly,ginger garlic paste,curry leaves and all masala powders, then pressure cook until it is done.
- Now add ground coconut and combine well.when it is start to boil switch off the flame.
- Then termper the curry with above mentioned ingredients and close with lid.
- Serve warm after 10 minutes.........Enjoy!!!!!!!!
