Brocolli thoran (Brocolli stir fry)
Broccoli is a green vegitable, its look lige a cauliflower, its has great source of vitamins K and C, a good source of folate (folic acid) and also provides potassium, fiber. Vitamin C – builds collagen, which forms body tissue and bone, and helps cuts and wounds heal. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant and protects the body from damaging free radicals.
Instructions
Wash and cut the Brocolli in to small florets.
Heat oil in a pan,add sliced onion,green chilly and curry
leaves, then saute it.
When onion is golden brown add Brocolli,salt and turmeric
powder.
Cover the pan and cook in sim until it is done, stir often to
avoid burn.
When Brocolli is cooked,add grated coconut and stir well
for two minutes.
Serve with rice or chapati.
