- 15 nos Jack fruit
- Oil for fry
FOR BATTER:
- 1/4 cup All purpose flour (maida)
- 2 tbsps Rice flour
- 2 tbsps Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
- 2 pinch Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- a pinch Salt

Instructions
- Remove seeds from jack fruit and keep aside.
- Make a thick batter with above mentioned ingredients.
- Heat oil in a wok,dip jack fruit into the batter and deep fry them until golden brown.
- Delicious Chakka pori is ready, Enjoy with tea or coffee....!!!!!!.
