Cut the chicken into small pieces,wash well and pat dry with paper towel.
Marinate the chicken with above mentioned ingredients, keep it for 20minutes and deep fry it until light golden brown,keep aside.
Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan add cumin seed stir for 2 seconds then add garlic,ginger,spring onion,green chilly and curry leaves,saute for couple of minutes.
When it is golden brown add Kashmir chilly powder and chilly garlic sauce stir well,(if you want more red colour,you can add few drops of red colour, I don't use colour) then add salt and water,allow to boil.
Now add fried chicken and grated coconut stir for few minutes, make sure sauce is coated well on the chicken, switch off the flame.
