Chinese potato stir fry(koorkka mezhukepuratti)
This is a kerala(south indian)stir fry.
Instructions
Wash and scrape the skin of koorka(chinese potato) and
cut in to four pieces.
Pressure cook the koorka (chinese potato)with green chilly,
salt, and little water until it is done.
Heat oil in a pan saute chopped shallots, red chillies, curry
leaves, and add the cooked koorka(Chinese potato) into it and mix well.
4.Serve hot with rice and Enjoy.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
