Ingredients
FOR GRIND:
- 1 tbsp Pepper corn
- 3 nos Red chillly
- 5 nos Kashmir chilly
- 3/4 tsp Cumin seeds
- 5 nos Garlic cloves
- 1 inch piece Ginger
- 6 nos Cloves
- 1 small stick Cinnamon
- 4 nos Cardamom pod
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 3/4 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 3 tbsps Coconut vinegar
- 1/4 cup Coconut milk
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Clean and wash the beef, cut into bite size pieces and pat dry it.
- Make a smooth paste with all grinding ingredients.
- In a mixing bowl marinate the beef with ground paste until evenly coated, cover the bowl with plastic wrap keep in the refrigerator over night or at least 4 hours.
- Heat oil in a thick bottom pan or clay pot,add chopped onion, chopped shallots, curry leaves and1tsp ginger garlic paste, stir until light golden brown.
- Now add chopped tomato, saute for 3 minutes,then add marinated beef and stir well, add water (if required) and cover the pan with a lid, cook in low flame for 1hour 15 minutes.Vindaloo is ready.
- Include this recipe in your Christmas menu, serve with warm and enjoy vindaloo!!!!!
