Crispy Falafel (home made)
Falafel is a Arabic traditional snack, easy to prepare and cook, It has very much protein content and tasty.
Instructions
Wash and soak chickpeas for over night, drain them to a
colander.
Grind all the ingredients except oil and sesame seed until
coarse mixture ( do not add water).
Sprinkle sesame seed in to the mixture and combine well.
Make ball, patties or your desired shape with the mixture
and deep fry in the medium flame until golden brown.
Serve hot with thahini sauce (refer my Thahini sauce
recipe).
