Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken
- 2 pinch Fenugreek seed
- 3 nos Sliced Onion
- 2 nos Green chilly
- 2 nos Sliced Tomato
- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 2 sprigs Curry leaves
- 2 tbsp Chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 3 tbsp Coconut oil
FOR CRUSH:
- 8 nos Pepper corn
- 1 tsp Fennel seed
- 1 no Cloves
- 2 nos Cardamom
- 1 small piece Cinnamon

Instructions
-  Cut the chicken into medium pieces, wash well and drain off the water.
- Crush above mentioned ingredients and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pot add fenugreek seed, onion, green chilly, curry leaves, and a little salt, saute well until the onion become light golden brown.
- Then add ginger garlic paste stir for a minute, now add tomato and remaining salt, just stir then cover the pot with a lid and allow it to cook for 4 to5minutes in low flame.
- When it is cooked well, add chicken pieces and saute until the water coming out from the chicken.
- Now add coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala, saute again for a couple of minutes in low flame.
- Then add hot water and stir well, now add curry leaves, chopped cilantro and crushed spices on top of the curry, cover the pot with a lid and cook on low flame until it is done or the gravy becomes medium thick and oil will be coming out.
- Delicious chicken curry is ready! serve warm with appam, idiyappam pathiri,porota, chappati, etc...Enjoy...!!!!!!!!!.
