In a mixing bowl add wheat powder,chopped shallots,grated coconut and salt,combine well then add water little by little and mix well to make a semi thick batter with out any lumps.
Heat a non stick pan then pour a ladleful of batter in the center, then spread with the back of ladle to a thin round.keep flame on medium-low and cook the dosa until the edges to rise a bit.
Now sprinkle little sesame oil (nallenna)over the dosa then flip over to cook other side.(the first side should be golden brown at this stage).continue same procedure with remaining batter for more dosas.
