Ingredients
FOR BATTER:
- 1/2 cup Besan flour/chick pea flour
- 1 tbsp Rice flour
- 1 tbsp All purpose flour
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp Red chilly powder
- 2 pinch Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 2 pinch Asafoetida/hing powder
- 1 tbsp Chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp Chopped curry leaves
- Water as required

Instructions
- Hard boil the egg remove the shell and cut into half,keep aside.
- Make a smooth,thick batter with above mentioned batter ingredients.(with out any lumps).
- Heat oil in a wok and dip each slice in the batter and deep fry it.
- Tasty egg bajji is ready! serve warm.
- Enjoy with tea or coffee !!!!!!!!!.
