Ingredients
FOR CHUTNEY:
- 1 cup Grated coconut
- 2 nos Green chilly
- 4 nos Shallots
- 1 piece Ginger
- Cilantro a handful
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice or tamarind
- Salt to taste
- 1 sprig Curry leaves
FOR BATTER:
- 1/2 cup Gram flour
- 1/4 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala
- Salt a pinch
- Turmeric powder
- Water as required

Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs,remove the shell, cut into half and remove the yolk,smash it, keep aside.
- Make chutney with above mentioned ingredients then add smashed egg yolk into it and combine well.
- Cover each egg pieces over the cut surface with coconut chutney.
- Make a batter with the above mentioned ingredients.
- Dip the filled egg halves in the batter and deep fry it.
- Serve hot with tea or coffee. Enjoy!!!!!!!!.
