Ingredients
- 4 nos Ripe plantain kerala nentra pazham
- Oil For deep fry
FOR FILLING:
- 1/2 cup Grated coconut
- 4 tbsp Flattened Rice flakes
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 10 nos Cashew nut
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
FOR BATTER:
- 1/2 cup Maida
- Water as required
- a pinch Salt
- 2 pinch Baking powder
- 2 pinch Turmeric powder

Instructions
- Peel and slit the Banana deeply one side of length wise (refer attached photo) and keep aside.
- Mix well all filling ingredients with your hands and fill into the slitted bananas.
- Make a thick batter with all batter ingredients.
- Dip stuffed bananas into the batter, make sure batter is evenly coated on the stuffed bananas.
- Heat oil in a wok and deep fry it until golden brown in medium flame.
- Whole stuffed banana fry is ready, Enjoy with tea or coffee.....!!!!!!.
