Ingredients
- 2 nos Plantain
- 1/4 cup Toor dal
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 nos Green chilly
FOR GRIND:
- 1/2 cup Grated coconut
- 3 nos Shallots
- 3/4 tsp Cumin seed
- 1 sprig Curry leaves
FOR TEMPERING:
- 11/2 tbsps Coconut oil
- 3/4 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 sprig Curry leaves
- 2 nos red chillies

Instructions
- Pressure cook toor dal.
- Add plantain and green chilly and cook with little water,when it comes to boil add turmeric powder and salt and cook further until it is done.
- Meanwhile, grind above mentioned ingredients in a blender.
- Add the ground mix to the plantain and mix well.
- Turn off the flame before it comes to boil.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan,add mustard seeds, when it crackled add curry leaves and red chillies then add to the plantain.
- Serve hot with rice and Enjoy.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
