Ingredients
- 2 nos Lamb brain
- 20 nos Chopped shallots
- 2 tbsps Chopped ginger
- 3 tbsps Chopped curry leaves
- 2or3 tbsps Rice powder
- 1 no Egg
- Salt to taste
- Oil for fry
FOR GRINDING:
- 1 tsp Coriander seeds
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 2 nos Shallots
- 1 sprig Curry leaves

Instructions
- Clean and wash the brain and drain it.
- Make a thick paste all the above mentioned ingredients,keep aside.
- In a bowl add brain,chopped shallots,chopped ginger,chopped curry leaves,rice powder,egg,salt and ground paste then squeeze with hands and mix well.(batter should be thick).
- Heat oil in a wok,pour 1tbsp batter into it and deep fry until golden brown.
- Delicious brain vada is ready!serve warm and Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
