Ingredients
- 2 nos Ripe mango
- 1/4 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 3 nos Green chilly
- 1 ltr Yoghurt
- 1/2 block Jaggery
- Water as required
FOR GRINDING:
- 3/4 cup Grated coconut
- 3 nos Shallots
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 tsp Cumin seed
FOR TEMPERING:
- 2 tbsps Coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/4 tsp Fenugreek seed
- 4 nos Dry whole chilly
- 2 sprigs Curry leaves

Instructions
- Wash mangoes, peel the skin and keep aside.
- Take mangoes in a clay pot and add all the ingredients except Jaggery and Yogurt, add required water and cook until it is done.
- Make a smooth paste above mentioned ingredients and add to the cooked mangoes along with Jaggery and combine well.
- When it is start to boil turn off the flame and add slightly beaten yogurt ( if the yogurt is high sour, then reduce the quantity) in to it and stir for 2 minutes.
- Temper the pulissery with above mentioned ingredients.
- Mango pulissery is ready to serve. Enjoy.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
