Ingredients
- 6 nos Fry chilly
- Oil for fry
FOR BATTER:
- 1 cup Besan
- 1/4 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 pinch Hing
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- Salt to taste
- Water as required.
FOR STUFF:
- 2 nos Boiled potato
- 3 tbsps Chopped onion
- 2 nos Chopped green chilly
- 1/2 tsp Chopped ginger
- 2 tbsps Chopped cilantro
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp Amchoor
- 2 pinch Hing
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Wash the chilly and slit length wise, remove the seed, keep aside.
- In a bowl, smash potatos and mix with all the ingredients for stuff, fill them into chilli's slit.
- Make a thick batter with above mentioned ingredients and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, dip each stuffed chilly in the batter and deep fry it until golden brown.
- Serve with sauce or chutney......Enjoy!!!!!
