Ingredients

- 4 nos Egg
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- Salt to taste
FOR FILLING:
- 2 nos Egg
- 10 nos chopped cashew
- 10 nos Raisins
- 4 tbsps Sugar
- 11/2 tsp Ghee

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix all filling ingredients except ghee.
- Heat ghee in a pan, add mixed ingredients, scramle the egg mixture until small lumps,keep aside.
- Make a batter with all the batter ingredients.
- Heat a pan, spread little ghee and pour batter like thin small round pan cakes.
- Place filling in the center of pan cake and fold it half circle.
- Heat a pan spread little ghee and cook stuffed pan cake both sides until golden brown.
- Enjoy the snack...!!!
