Ingredients
- Oil for frying
- 3 tbsp Chopped cilantro
- 2 nos Chopped green chilly
- 2 tbsp Chopped ginger
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seed
FOR BATTER:
- 1 cup All purpose flour Maida
- 1/4 cup Rice flour
- 3/4 cup Yogurt
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- Salt to taste
- Water as required

Instructions
-  Make a batter ( should be vada batter consistency) with above-mentioned ingredients, then add chopped cilantro, green chilly, ginger, and cumin seeds, mix well and keep aside for 15 to 20 minutes or until batter will be light and fluffy.
- Heat oil in a wok on medium flame, now dip your finger in water and scoop out the batter (wet hand prevent batter from sticking to hand) slowly push the batter from thumb to drop the batter into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
- Drain off bondas with paper towel ( make sure the bondas should be crispy outside and soft inside).
- Delicious Mysore bonda is ready! serve warm with coconut chutney or ketchup...Enjoy.....!!!!
