Ingredients
FOR GRINDING:
- 1 tbsp Chicken masala
- 1 tbsp Kashmir chilly
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1/4 tsp Pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp Fennel powder
- 6 nos Shallots
- 2 sprigs Curry leaves
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions
- Cut the chicken into medium size pieces,wash well and pat dry.
- Grind all above mentioned ingredients and marinate the chicken pieces,keep aside for 30minutes
- Heat oil in a deep bottom pan and deep fry the chicken pieces in medium flame until golden brown or it is done.
- Enjoy nadan chicken fry....!!!!!!!
