Hi friends, Today’s my recipe is a simple egg curry, nadan mutta savala roast. It is very easy to make,tasty and yummy.. I had posted malabar egg roast and egg drop curry earlier.U can search that recipes in my blog,I would also like to post many more egg recipes in future as I continue blogging.This curry is best for breakfast with appam,idiyappam,chappati and porota. Ingredients

  1. Hard boil the eggs,peel them and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok add thinly sliced onion and saute it.
  3. Once it is half cook reduce the flame, add coriander powder and kashmir chilly powder then saute again until the onion is soft.
  4. Now add salt then saute few more minutes,until oil appears at the sides.
  5. Then add 1/4cup warm water,cover the wok with lid and cook in sim for 3 to 4minutes.
  6. Add boiled eggs and garam masala into the curry,combine well cook 1 to 2 minutes.(gravy should be thick).
  7. Delicious mutta savala roast is ready.Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
