Wash and soak the rice for 4 hours or over night,then drain it.
Take a blender add soaked rice,coconut,salt and water and grind it to make a very smooth,thin batter.
Tranfer the batter into a vessel and add required water, mix well.(the consistency of batter should be watery,slightly thicker than milk.).
Heat dosa pan or fry pan and spread little oil then pour a ladleful of batter, then swril the pan to spread it,the batter should be spread the pan in a thin layer, then cover the pan with lid and let it cook for 1minute until the dosa is cooked.
Once it is cooked remove from the pan and fold it to triangle shape and keep in casserole.
