Peel the tapioca,cut into small pieces and wash well.
Cook tapioca with enough water until half done,drain the water.
Add coconut milk to the tapioca along with salt cover with a lid and cook well.
Once it is done add grated coconut, mix well and remove from the fire.
Heat coconut oil in a pan add cumin seeds, chopped shallots,garlic,green chilly and curry leaves then fry until golden colour then add this to the cooked tapioca and mix well.Adjust the salt.
So yummy paal kappa is ready to serve.Enjoy.......with fish curry or beef curry !!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
