- 1/2 kg String beans (payaru)
- 3 nos Green chilly
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
FOR SEASONING:
- 11/2 tbsp Coconut oil
- 6 nos Shallots
- 2 sprigs Curry leaves

Instructions
- Wash the string beans and cut into 1/2 inch length.
- Cook string beans along with salt, green chilly and little water.
- Heat oil in a pan saute chopped shallots and curry leaves, then add into the cooked beans and mix well.
- Serve with rice.
