Hi friends,
Today's special is a healthy,tasty and easy recipe.payar kanji which is made by moong dal and jeerakasala rice in coconut milk. It is special dish in malabar during ifthar.
Instructions
Heat in a pan add split green gram(cheru payar parippu) dry roast them until golden brown.Then wash it.
Take a vessel, add washed rice, split green gram, thin coconut milk and required water, then cover the vessal and cook until it is done.
Once it is cook, add thick coconut milk and salt,combine well.
Payar kanji is ready.....Enjoy warm!!!!!!!!
