Clean,wash and drain the chicken and cook along with pepper powder,salt and turmeric powder, then shred cooked chicken and keep aside.
Boil the sweet potato and smash it, keep aside.
Make a dough above mentioned ingredients, spread 1/2tsp of oil top of the dough,cover and keep aside for 40minutes.
In a blender, add egg white and butter blend well, now add garlic cloves and smashed sweet potato, during blending these mixture add olive oil little by little and keep blending two more minutes (mayonnaise is ready)
In a bowl, add chopped cabbage, chopped carrot, shredded chicken, chopped green chilly, pepper and salt combine well.
Take a lemon size ball from the dough, roll it round shape like poori, then keep two tbsp filling on top of poori and cover with another one, now press the edges to seal it.
Heat oil in a wok, deep fry the pocket shawarma until outer shell become fry ( avoid fry until golden brown).
