Poori bhaji (ptato bhaji)
Today's my recipe is poori bhaji, usually serve with poori for breakfast.
Instructions
Boil the potatoes until it is done, peel them and cut into small pieces, keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seed, cumin, channa dall and urad dall, fry them until they crackles.
Add chopped onion, saute it until become soft,now add ginger,green chilly, curry leaves and red chilly, fry for couple of minutes.
Add turmeric powder, hing, chopped potatoes and half of the chopped cilantro, stir well.
Now add 3/4 cup of water and salt, mix well and cover the pan, let it cook in sim for 5 minutes.
Make sure the bhaji not too dry, it should be moisture.
Bhaji is ready, sprinkle remaining cilantro and enjoy the dish with poori.........!!!!!!!!
