Ingredients
- 1 kg Prawn
- 3 nos Onion
- 1 no Tomato big size
- 1 sprigs Curry leaves
- 2 tsps Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Fennel seed powder
- 1 tsp Pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- Coconut oil as required

- 1 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Clean and wash the prawns.
- Pat dry and marinate the prawns with above mentioned ingredients and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan and fry prawns till half cook and strain from the oil, keep aside.
- Saute onion,green chilly,ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and tomato orderly in the same oil in which prawns fried.
- Add half cook prawns in the onion mix and cook for 3 minutes.
- Then add pepper powder, fennel seed powder and curry leaves, mix well and cook 5 more minutes in low flame.
- Prawn roast is ready to serve.
- This delicious dish is good with rice and chapati, Enjoy the dish.
