Instructions

Heat coconut oil in a pan add ginger, green chillies, and
curry leaves, fry them until golden brown.
Pour tamarind juice into it and mix well.
Add jaggery to it , keep on fire till its boil.
Add chilly powder, turmeric powder and hing, stir
continuously till it become thick.
When it is done seasoning it.
