Ingredients
- 1 kg Rabbit meat
For marination :
- 3 tsps Coriender powder
- 1 tsp Black peppercorn
- 1 tsp Cumin seed
- 12 nos Shallot
- 1 piece Ginger piece to taste Salt
- Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp Coconut oil
- 2 sprigs Curry leaves

Instructions
- Grind all the ingredients for marination in a blender.
- Then marinate the ground mix in the meat and keep aside for 15 minutes .
- Add water just covering the meat ,then cook until the meat is done.
- when it is boiled, reduce the flame. (rabbit meat usually take less time to get cooked).
- Heat coconut oil in a pan sprinkle curry leaves and transfer the cooked meat to it.
- Further cook it without lid in sim until oil is separated from the gravy.
- Delicious dish is ready. Serve hot .
