Ingredients
- 1 kg Tapioca (kappa)
- 1 kg Beef with bone
- 1 cup Scraped coconut
- 3 tbsps Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
FOR SEASONING:
- 3 tbsps Coconut oil
- 10 nos Shallots
- 2 sprigs Curry leaves

Instructions
- Clean and wash the beef ,cut into medium sized pieces.
- Marinate the beef with all the ingredients except coconut and tapioca.
- Clean and wash tapioca,cut into half inch square pieces.
- Pressure cook the beef with required water, when it is half cooked,add tapioca to it and cook again until it is done.
- Add scraped coconut to it and mix well.
- Finally, seasoning it with the mentioned ingredients. serve hot.
