Today I am sharing Thai fried banana recipe,when we were visited in Thailand, we have seen this fried banana with the street vendors, when we try it found tasty and crunchy, so I thought to share it with you, This is a popular snack on the street in Thailand.

Ingredients
- 4 nos Ripe banana
- Oil for deep fry
- 2 tbsps Sesame seeds
FOR BATTER:
- 1 cup Rice flour
- 1/4 cup All purpose flour
- 3/4 cup Grated coconut
- 6 tbsp/as ur taste Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- a pinch Salt
- 3 drops Vanilla essence
- Water/coconut milk as required

Instructions
- Peel the bananas,cut into half and slice each pieces length wise into four slices.
- Dry roast sesame seeds and keep aside.
- In a mixing bowl add rice flour,all purpose flour,sugar.salt,baking powder,roasted sesame seeds and grated coconut mix well then add water /coconut milk little by little and mix well with out any lumps (batter should be thick).
- In another bowl add 2tbsps rice flour,1/4cup grated coconut mix well and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a wok on medium flame, dip banana slices into the batter then gently roll them in the rice flour-coconut mixture(this step helps firm up the batter and more crispy) then deep fry it until golden brown.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towel.Serve as a snack or with coconut or vanilla ice cream.
