Ingredients
- 150 g Noodles
- 3 minced Garlic cloves
- 5 nos French beans thinly sliced
- 1 cup Capsicum (bell pepper) use different colour thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Cabbage shredded
- 1/2 cup Julienned carrot
- 1 small Copped onion
- 3 tbsp Spring onion finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Chilly sauce
- 1/2 tsp White vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- 2-3 tbsp Sesame oil
- Water as required

Instructions
- Boil 6 cup of water in a sauce pan add oil and salt,stir then add noodles and cook until it done.
- Drain the cooked noodles in a colander,then rinse them under cold running water sprinkle some oil,mix thoroughly so that the noodles don't stick to each other, Keep aside.
- Heat oil in a wok or wide pan in medium high heat and add chopped garlic,onion, spring onion white and beans saute for few seconds.
- Now add carrot,cabbage and bell pepper saute for 2minutes,do not over cook the vegetables.(vegetable should have some crunch).
- Add noodles,salt soy sauce, pepper powder,vinegar and chilly sauce,toss them together for a minute.
- So our delicious veg hakka noodles are ready.Garnish with chopped spring onion green and serve warm.Enjoy.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
